About

Marin Fertility Center is an independent fertility practice in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area, founded in 2009 by Dr. Peter Uzelac, a reproductive endocrinologist who also directs both the clinic and its IVF laboratory. The team includes Dr. Joy Brotherton, who leads egg freezing and fertility surgery.

The main office at 1100 S. Eliseo Drive in Greenbrae houses an on-site embryology laboratory, renovated and recommissioned in 2022, where egg retrievals take place, along with on-site cryostorage. Satellite offices operate in Santa Rosa, Napa and San Francisco.

Alongside conventional IVF, the center has long emphasized lower-stimulation approaches, including moderate (mini) IVF, intravaginal culture with the INVOcell device, and in vitro maturation (IVM). It also offers IUI, fertility testing and surgery, genetic testing, egg freezing, donor eggs and donor sperm, an egg donor and gestational carrier program, and LGBTQ+ family building, including DuoIVF, a reciprocal IVF option for female couples.
