Main Line Fertility & Reproductive Medicine

Main Line Fertility & Reproductive Medicine has served the Philadelphia suburbs since 1991, when it was established by Dr. Michael J. Glassner, who continues as medical director, and co-founder Dr. William Pfeffer. The practice is now a member of The Prelude Network, part of Inception Fertility. In 2023 it absorbed the Fort Washington and Langhorne offices of Sincera Reproductive Medicine (formerly Abington Reproductive Medicine).

The Bryn Mawr office is at 825 Old Lancaster Road, Suite 170, with additional offices in Center City Philadelphia, West Chester, Havertown, Wyomissing (Reading) and Fort Washington. The practice operates its own IVF laboratory, built in 2013, accredited by CAP and licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and equipped with time-lapse incubators.

Services span fertility testing for women and men, timed intercourse, IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT, egg, sperm and embryo freezing, oncofertility, recurrent pregnancy loss care, donor egg and donor sperm, gestational surrogacy and LGBTQ+ family building. Counseling, nutrition and acupuncture support are available, and the practice has a dedicated program for international and traveling patients.
