About

Los Angeles Reproductive Center (LARC) is an independent, physician-owned fertility practice co-founded by reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Marc Kalan and Dr. Nurit Winkler. The two worked together for years after completing their REI board certification before opening their own center, built around individualized care.

The Encino office on Ventura Boulevard is the practice's main clinic, where both founding physicians see patients; LARC also runs a satellite office in Bakersfield. The center has its own full-service embryology lab. Treatments include conventional and minimal-stimulation ("gentle") IVF, IUI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and oncofertility, evaluation of male infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, IVF with donor eggs or a gestational carrier, and family building for LGBTQ+ patients.

LARC reports treating patients from more than 30 countries and helps international patients coordinate travel. Staff members speak Hebrew, Mandarin and Italian in addition to English.
