About
The Kaiser Permanente Center for Reproductive Health in San Francisco is part of Kaiser Permanente's Northern California fertility program, which serves members through a network of reproductive endocrinology clinics across the Bay Area and the Sacramento region.
The San Francisco center is located at 1700 California Street, Suite 400. It is one of the program's three hub sites with its own embryology laboratory, alongside Fremont and Sacramento, so egg retrievals and embryo transfers take place on site. The care team includes reproductive endocrinologists Irene Moy, MD, Jacob Christ, MD, and Mandana Ghahremani, MD. Satellite clinics in San Ramon, Sunnyvale and Vacaville handle consultations and monitoring.
Services include IVF with ICSI, assisted hatching, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A and PGT-M), embryo vitrification and storage, frozen embryo transfer, IUI, egg donor cycles, donor sperm, and IVF for gestational carrier arrangements. The program also offers fertility preservation, including egg freezing, and provides resources for LGBTQ families. Male infertility care is coordinated through Kaiser's urology departments. Coverage depends on each member's Kaiser Permanente health plan.
