International Surrogacy Center

International Surrogacy Center (ISC) is an independent gestational surrogacy agency headquartered in Murrieta, in Southern California's Riverside County, with a second office in Littleton, Colorado. Many of its staff are former surrogates or have been through IVF themselves. The agency's website does not give a founding year.

ISC handles gestational surrogacy only and does not arrange traditional surrogacy. Its work covers recruiting surrogates and screening them through medical and mental health evaluations, financial reviews and criminal background checks. Matches between surrogates and intended parents require both sides to agree. The agency then coordinates scheduling with IVF clinics, refers each party to an independent reproductive attorney, and manages the case through pregnancy and birth. Surrogates have access to support groups that meet every two months.

The agency works with intended parents in the United States and abroad, including families from Europe, Asia and Latin America. It helps them with pre- or post-birth parentage orders, the baby's U.S. birth certificate and passport, and travel planning. It also has dedicated programs for LGBTQ+ couples and single parents.
