Global Surrogacy, Inc. (GSI) is a Southern California third-party reproduction agency that runs gestational surrogacy, egg donation and sperm donation programs. Its website does not give a founding year. The team says it has more than 20 years of combined experience, and its agency director, Julie Andrews, is a two-time surrogate who has worked in the field for over 15 years.

The agency lists two offices: 21 Miller Alley in Pasadena and 2020 Main Street in Irvine. Its staff includes intake specialists and case managers, some with clinical or fertility-nursing backgrounds.

GSI screens surrogates, egg donors and sperm donors, then matches them with intended parents according to each family's needs. During the journey it works alongside IVF physicians, attorneys, psychologists and other surrogacy professionals, and case managers handle matching, medical clearance, legal coordination and post-birth follow-up.
