All Love Surrogacy

All Love Surrogacy is a gestational surrogacy and egg donation agency founded in 2023 by Jay Cook-Wong and Danny Cook-Wong, together with co-founder Larry Wang. Its office is at 25350 Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia, part of the city of Santa Clarita in Southern California.

The agency works with both intended parents and prospective surrogates. Its services cover gestational carrier recruitment and screening (background checks, psychological evaluation, home visits and medical record review), matching, and case management throughout the journey, including coordination with clinics, attorneys, insurance and escrow, as well as support around delivery and postpartum. It also maintains an egg donor database with its own donor screening process.

The agency states that it welcomes families regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity or religion. According to the Men Having Babies provider directory, a large share of its cases involve international parents, and the team offers interpretation and communicates in English, Spanish and Mandarin.
