Generation Next Fertility is an independent New York fertility practice founded in 2017 by reproductive endocrinologists Edward Nejat, MD, and Janelle Luk, MD. The clinic frames its approach around individualized, patient-centered care delivered by a small physician team supported by embryologists and nurses.

Its main office is at 115 East 57th Street (11th floor) in Midtown Manhattan. Satellite offices in Hartsdale (Westchester), Garden City (Long Island) and Downtown Brooklyn handle consultations and monitoring.

The practice offers fertility testing for male factor, diminished ovarian reserve, PCOS, endometriosis, tubal and uterine problems, plus timed intercourse, IUI and IVF with several stimulation options (natural, mild, conventional and luteal-phase). Lab services include ICSI, PICSI, time-lapse embryo monitoring and PGT-A. It also provides egg freezing, donor egg and donor sperm cycles, gestational carrier treatment and LGBTQ+ family building.
