Fertility Centers of Orange County

Fertility Centers of Orange County (FCOC) is an Irvine-based fertility practice affiliated with Reproductive Partners Medical Group (RPMG), a Southern California group that has been treating patients for more than three decades. Its laboratory history traces back to founding lab directors Dr. David Meldrum and Dr. Bill Yee, an IVF pioneer active since 1982. In 2021 the practice joined Ivy Fertility, a multi-state network of fertility practices.

The full-service clinic, including the IVF laboratory accredited by the College of American Pathologists, is located at 17875 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine, where Dr. Wayne Lin and Dr. Amy Kaing see patients. Affiliated RPMG offices in Beverly Hills, Redondo Beach and Long Beach provide cycle monitoring only.

Treatment options include IVF, IUI, genetic testing of embryos, egg freezing, care for male infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, and fertility preservation for patients facing cancer treatment. The practice also supports LGBTQ+ family building and coordinates egg donor and gestational surrogacy cycles.
