Dominion Fertility is a fertility practice in Arlington, Virginia that Dr. Michael DiMattina founded in 1987 and still leads. In April 2022 it joined Pinnacle Fertility, a national network of fertility clinics. It later took on the network's branding and now operates as Pinnacle Virginia (Pinnacle Fertility Virginia), with the same physicians, staff and location.

The clinic is at 4040 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 600, in Arlington's Ballston area, just outside Washington, D.C. The care team includes Dr. DiMattina, Dr. SiWon Lee and a nurse practitioner, supported by an in-house embryology team. The laboratory holds CAP accreditation and CLIA certification, and first consultations can be held virtually.

Services include IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, egg freezing, embryo freezing, preimplantation genetic testing and semen analysis, along with fertility preservation, counseling and LGBTQ+ family-building programs. Through the wider Pinnacle network, patients can also use the Pinnacle Egg Bank and Pinnacle Surrogacy programs.
