Conceptions Florida: Center for Fertility and Genetics is an independent fertility practice in the Miami area led by medical director Armando E. Hernandez-Rey, MD, who is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility as well as obstetrics and gynecology. The practice belongs to the TopLine MD Alliance, a network of independent South Florida medical practices.

The main office and IVF laboratory are at 4425 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Suite 110, near Merrick Park in Coral Gables; the laboratory opened there in 2016 and uses a LifeAire air purification system. A second office in Miramar serves patients in Broward County. The physician team also includes Sangita Jindal and Trisha Shah.

Services include IUI, IVF, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A and PGT-M), egg and embryo freezing, donor egg and donor sperm cycles, and IVF for gestational carrier arrangements, alongside minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery. The clinic treats individuals and couples, including same-sex couples, and its intake form offers Spanish as a preferred language.
