About

California IVF Fertility Center is a private fertility practice in Sacramento. It opened in 2004 under the name California IVF: Davis Fertility Center, Inc., and took its current name as it expanded its services across Davis and Sacramento. Since 2011 it has worked with UC Davis Health under a collaboration agreement that moved UC Davis's clinical fertility services to the practice.

The center is based at 2590 Venture Oaks Way in Sacramento, in a purpose-built facility with an embryology laboratory, an in-house research lab and an operating room. Its medical director is Dr. Ernest Zeringue. The center runs research with UC Davis scientists into egg, sperm and embryo quality, and it has offered genetic testing of embryos since 2005.

Services include IVF with ICSI, IUI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing, donor eggs, donor sperm and a donor-embryo program. The center also performs IVF for gestational carriers and builds families for same-sex couples and single parents. Surgical services include myomectomy, tubal reversal and vasectomy reversal. The practice provides andrology services, including sperm freezing for patients with cancer, and runs an egg donor program.
