About
Aspire Fertility San Antonio is the San Antonio arm of Aspire Fertility, a Texas fertility brand launched in 2015 that is part of The Prelude Network (Inception Fertility). Its San Antonio roots go back to RMA of Texas, which merged with Aspire in 2018 and now operates under the Aspire name. Aspire's other heritage practices include Houston Fertility Specialists.
The flagship Stone Oak office at 150 E. Sonterra Blvd., Suite 220, houses the region's Aspire IVF laboratory. Two satellite offices, in the South Texas Medical Center and Alamo Heights, handle consultations, bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring. The local team includes four reproductive endocrinologists: Ursula Balthazar, MD, Aimee Browne, MD, Courtney Failor, MD, and Jennifer Knudtson, MD.
Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI and frozen embryo transfer, PGT-A and PGT-M, egg freezing and oncofertility preservation, donor egg cycles and an in-house egg donor program, gestational surrogacy, male fertility care, recurrent pregnancy loss evaluation, fertility surgery, and LGBTQ+ and single-parent family building. Aspire also runs an international patient program, and its website offers Spanish, Vietnamese and Mandarin Chinese pages.
