Pozitivf Fertility

Pozitivf Fertility is an independent Texas fertility practice founded in San Antonio in June 2022 by reproductive endocrinologist Francisco Arredondo, MD, with embryologist Anthony Anderson, PhD, as founding partner and laboratory director. The clinic was built around a lean care model borrowed from manufacturing, cutting tests and visits that do not change outcomes so that treatment takes less time and costs less, with prices published up front.

The San Antonio clinic is on North Loop 1604 West, Suite 301, in the city's northwest. The team there includes Dr. Arredondo, Jaye Adams, MD, Mary Shannon Gallagher, MD and advanced practice providers. Pozitivf has since expanded to Houston's Texas Medical Center area, Austin, a downtown San Antonio office and the Rio Grande Valley.

Services focus on a streamlined set of treatments: fertility evaluation and consultation, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with egg retrieval, frozen embryo transfer, egg freezing, and PGT-M coordinated with an outside genetics consultant for patients with inherited conditions. The website includes a Spanish-language section.
