Advanced Reproductive Center of Hawaii

Advanced Reproductive Center of Hawaii (ARCH) is an independent fertility practice in Honolulu founded and directed by Dr. Christopher Huang, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who has practiced IVF in Hawaii for many years; Dr. Christina Arnett is also part of the physician team. The center reports that it was the first in Hawaii to perform preimplantation genetic diagnosis, and Dr. Huang pioneered telemedicine fertility consultations for patients on the neighbor islands.

ARCH is located in Suite 1180 of the Kapiolani Medical Center building on Punahou Street. Its embryology team cultures embryos in EmbryoScope time-lapse incubators.

Services include fertility testing, ovulation induction and IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, egg and embryo freezing, donor egg and donor sperm cycles, and gestational carrier IVF, with programs for same-sex couples and single women. An international donor egg program supports overseas patients from donor selection through early pregnancy, and the website is available in Japanese and Korean.
