Lori D. Homa

About

Dr. Lori D. Homa is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist with Allegheny Health Network, seeing patients at AHN Reproductive Medicine at the Health + Wellness Pavilion in North Fayette near Pittsburgh. She cares for women with infertility, uterine fibroids, hormonal disorders and differences of sexual development, and also provides gynecologic care for children and adolescents. Her services include fertility testing, insemination, IVF with egg retrieval, donor egg IVF, egg freezing, gestational carrier care, hysteroscopy and LGBTQ+ fertility care, and she is experienced in minimally invasive surgery. She received her medical degree from the SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine, completed residency at Strong Memorial Hospital of the University of Rochester and trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Michigan.
