M. Max Ezzati

About

Dr. Mohammad (M. Max) Ezzati is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and obstetrician-gynecologist with the Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, part of Sutter Health, where he sees fertility patients at the San Jose Fertility office on Samaritan Drive. He earned his medical degree at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, trained in obstetrics and gynecology at Georgetown University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center, and completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at UT Southwestern and Parkland in 2012. He describes his approach as individualized, evidence-based care built on shared decision-making. He belongs to ASRM, ACOG, SREI and the Bay Area Reproductive Endocrinology Society, reviews for medical journals, and speaks English, Persian, French and Spanish.
