Christo G. Zouves

About

Dr. Christo G. Zouves is a fertility specialist who sees patients at HRC Fertility's Silicon Valley office in Foster City. He studied medicine at the University of Cape Town, completed advanced training in obstetrics, gynecology and general surgery through the Royal Colleges in London, and became Canadian board certified in OB-GYN after moving to Canada in 1981. He trained in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of British Columbia and directed its IVF program for seven years before relocating to San Francisco in 1992. In 1999 he founded Zouves Fertility Center, which HRC Fertility acquired in 2025. His interests include IVF outcomes, embryo cryopreservation, embryo genetics and mosaicism, and the immunology of pregnancy loss.
