Sharon Moayeri

About

Dr. Sharon E. Moayeri is a reproductive endocrinologist and the founder and medical director of OC Fertility in Newport Beach, California, which she opened in 2009; in 2021 she added OC Biogenix, an on-site IVF laboratory and procedure suite. She studied biological and cognitive sciences at the University of California, Irvine, earned a Master of Public Health in health policy at UCLA, and returned to UC Irvine for medical school and her obstetrics and gynecology residency, serving as administrative chief resident. She then trained at Stanford University, completing an NIH/AHRQ postdoctoral research fellowship and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is board certified in both specialties, and her published and lecture topics include fertility preservation for cancer patients, blastocyst transfer, preimplantation genetic testing, endometriosis and PCOS.
