Laura Detti

About

Dr. Laura Detti is a reproductive endocrinologist who leads reproductive endocrinology services at the Family Fertility Center at Texas Children's Pavilion for Women in Houston. She also directs the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Baylor College of Medicine, where she is a professor of obstetrics and gynecology. She earned her medical degree and first completed obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Florence in Italy, then trained in the United States at the University of Virginia and the University of Cincinnati before an REI fellowship at Wayne State University. Her clinical focus includes diminished ovarian reserve and ovarian insufficiency, fertility preservation including for children, PCOS, uterine septum and other Mullerian anomalies, and reproductive ultrasound. She is a Fellow of ACOG and AIUM.
