University Reproductive Care, University of Washington

University Reproductive Care is the fertility program of the University of Washington's Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, part of UW Medicine. UW reopened its in-house IVF service in 2011 under this name, after a gap that began in 2005, and the clinic now operates as the Center for Reproductive Health and Fertility. As an academic center it also trains reproductive endocrinology fellows; Ginny Ryan, MD is the division chief.

The center occupies the third floor of the UW Medical Center – Roosevelt clinic building at 4245 Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle. The same site houses its IVF laboratory and procedure suite a male fertility lab and embryo and gamete storage, along with pharmacy, nutrition and financial counseling services.

Services cover infertility evaluation and treatment, reproductive genetics, recurrent pregnancy loss, and care for same-sex couples and single parents, including treatment with donor eggs or sperm. Patients can freeze eggs or embryos electively, and those facing cancer treatment can receive oncofertility care, including expedited referral to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center's oncoreproduction clinic. Surgery for Müllerian anomalies is also offered.

Success rates depend heavily on which patients a clinic accepts, so these numbers should not be used to rank clinics against one another. Cells CDC suppressed for small sample sizes (1-4 cycles) are shown as a dash.
