Pinnacle Fertility Seattle is the current name of Seattle Reproductive Medicine (SRM), a fertility practice that has served the Seattle area since 2004; reproductive endocrinologist Nancy A. Klein, MD was among its founding partners. SRM grew to several locations across Washington state and later joined Pinnacle Fertility, a private equity-backed national network of fertility clinics, egg bank and surrogacy services, adopting the Pinnacle name while keeping its local staff and protocols.

The Seattle clinic is at 1505 Westlake Avenue N, Suite 400, in the South Lake Union area, with weekday hours and weekend appointments. Its team includes physicians Nancy A. Klein, Paul C. Lin, Amanda K. Hurliman, Lynn B. Davis, Anna Vanderhoff, Wes Urian, Jeremy Choy and Tom Walsh, along with advanced practice providers.

Services include fertility testing and semen analysis, IUI, IVF with egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, genetic testing, donor egg treatment, egg freezing and fertility preservation, laparoscopy, counseling, and family-building programs for LGBTQ+ patients.
