University of Vermont Medical Center, Vermont Center for Reproductive Medicine

The Reproductive Health and Infertility Center at the University of Vermont Medical Center, previously listed as the Vermont Center for Reproductive Medicine, is the fertility program of UVM Health, the academic health system affiliated with the University of Vermont's Larner College of Medicine. It is the only reproductive endocrinology and infertility program in Vermont and also trains REI fellows.

The center is located on Level 4 of the Main Pavilion at the medical center's main campus on Colchester Avenue in Burlington. Its team includes double board-certified reproductive endocrinologists, an IVF laboratory director, embryologists, andrologists and specialized nurses, working with an on-site CAP-certified reproductive laboratory. The program is a SART member and holds AIUM ultrasound accreditation.

Services include fertility consultations and diagnostics such as 3D ultrasound and uterine and tubal evaluation, ovulation medications, IUI, IVF, treatment with donor eggs or donor sperm, fertility preservation, and reproductive surgery. The team also cares for male infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids and puberty disorders, and states that it welcomes patients of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
