About

Northeastern Reproductive Medicine (NRM) is a physician-founded fertility practice in Colchester, Vermont, near Burlington. It opened in 2014 under Dr. Peter Casson and Dr. Christine Murray. Dr. Casson had previously spent 15 years at Fletcher Allen Health Care, including five as its reproductive endocrinology division director. Dr. Jennifer Keller Brown joined in 2015 and serves as medical director. The team now includes three board-certified reproductive endocrinologists and three fertility nurse practitioners.

The clinic is on the third floor of 105 West View Road and has an on-site IVF laboratory. The lab is part of the Ovation Fertility network, which also gives patients access to long-term storage of eggs, sperm and embryos.

Services include diagnostic workups, IUI, IVF and preimplantation genetic testing, along with egg and sperm freezing and fertility preservation. Third-party options include donor eggs from an in-house donor program, donor sperm and surrogacy care, and the clinic offers inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ patients and single parents. NRM sees patients from across the U.S., Canada and abroad and provides travel guidance for visiting Vermont.
