Texas Surrogacy Center

Texas Surrogacy Center is a gestational surrogacy agency that lists offices in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Its Houston office is at 12 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1100, in the Greenway Plaza business district, and all three offices share a single phone line. The website does not name its founders or give a founding year, saying only that the founders were personally touched by surrogacy.

The agency works with both intended parents and prospective surrogates. Its stated services cover the full journey: an initial consultation, screening of surrogate candidates, matching from its surrogate database, guidance on the legal side of surrogacy, coordination of IVF and embryo transfer with partner fertility clinics, and support through pregnancy, delivery and after birth, including emotional and psychological support for everyone involved.

Intended parents who live outside Texas or outside the United States can hold their first consultation by phone or video call.
