3 Sisters Surrogacy

3 Sisters Surrogacy is a gestational surrogacy agency headquartered in Houston, Texas. It was launched in 2012 by Mary Fusillo, BSN, MS, a former clinical infertility nursing director who had earlier founded the egg donor agency The Donor Solution in 2007. Both companies now sit under Family Solutions International, the umbrella company she created in 2018. The corporate office is at 717 Texas Avenue, Suite 1200, in downtown Houston (by appointment), and the agency works with intended parents nationwide.

The agency matches intended parents with gestational surrogates and offers concierge-style coordination: medical appointments, travel booking, insurance verification, attorney referrals and escrow-managed surrogate funds. Surrogate candidates have their medical records reviewed by an OB/GYN and undergo psychosocial assessment before joining the database. Clients who need an egg donor are referred to its sister agency, The Donor Solution.

The agency welcomes LGBT intended parents and international clients, and offers translation services for overseas families.
