About

This Spokane Valley clinic opened in 2004 as the eastern Washington office of Seattle Reproductive Medicine (SRM), a Pacific Northwest fertility practice with several sites across the state. Pinnacle Fertility, a national network of fertility clinics, acquired SRM in 2022, and the practice now operates under the Pinnacle Fertility Washington name, keeping its physicians, staff and protocols.

The clinic is at 15920 E. Indiana Avenue, Suite 200, in Spokane Valley. Care is led by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Brenda S. Houmard, supported by a physician assistant and a certified nurse-midwife; first consultations are typically held virtually.

Services include fertility testing and semen analysis, ovulation medications, IUI, IVF with egg retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, preimplantation genetic testing, egg freezing and fertility preservation, donor egg treatment, laparoscopy, counseling, and family-building programs for LGBTQ+ patients. Through the wider Pinnacle network, patients can also access the Pinnacle Egg Bank and Pinnacle Surrogacy.
