About
Olympia Fertility is the infertility service of Olympia Women's Health, a small private obstetrics and gynecology practice in Olympia, Washington. Both are run by James F. Moruzzi, MD, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who also holds a PhD in embryology. He is not a fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist, but he has treated infertility, including with IVF, since 1991, and he has hospital privileges at Providence St. Peter Hospital.
The practice shares one office at 403 Black Hills Lane SW, Suite E, in west Olympia, serving patients from Olympia and nearby South Puget Sound communities. Olympia Women's Health also provides early pregnancy care, including confirming viability and dating, and evaluation of bleeding, miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy.
Olympia Fertility describes itself as an intermediate-level program: it offers basic infertility evaluation, ovulation induction and insemination, and progresses to IVF with ICSI and donor egg treatment when needed. It also sees couples with recurrent miscarriage. The clinic does not bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of service.
