About

SpringCreek Fertility is a full-service fertility practice based in the Dayton, Ohio area that has been treating patients since 2014. Its medical director and managing partner is reproductive endocrinologist Jeremy Groll, MD. He was previously medical director at Kettering Reproductive Medicine and chief of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine. In November 2022 the practice was acquired by Innovation Fertility, a fertility group backed by private equity.

The main office and IVF laboratory are at 7095 Clyo Road in Dayton. The lab was purpose-built, with HEPA and chemical air filtration, positive air pressure and low-oxygen incubators for growing embryos to the blastocyst stage. SpringCreek also has offices in Dublin, near Columbus, and in Mason, near Cincinnati, and sees patients from Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

Services include IUI, IVF with ICSI, PGT-A and PGT-M, egg freezing, and fertility preservation for cancer patients. Third-party options include donor eggs, donor sperm, embryo donation and gestational carriers. The practice also cares for recurrent miscarriage and helps LGBTQIA+ patients build families.
