The Institute for Reproductive Health (IRH) is an independent, multidisciplinary fertility practice based in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating online as Cincinnati Fertility. Its physician team includes reproductive endocrinologists Michael Scheiber, Marja King, Michael Awadalla and Vinita Alexander, supported by advanced practice nurses, and the practice is accredited by the Joint Commission.

The main office is at 3805 Edwards Road in the Rookwood area of Cincinnati, with additional offices at Bethesda North in Cincinnati, Florence in Kentucky, and Louisville. Andrology and embryology work is handled by Ovation Fertility, whose laboratory sits just down the hall from the Cincinnati office; Ovation took over the IRH lab in 2018.

IRH provides fertility evaluation and basic treatment, ovulation induction, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic screening, egg freezing and fertility preservation for cancer patients, sperm banking, a donor egg program, gestational carrier cycles, care for recurrent miscarriage, and tubal and vasectomy reversal. It also supports single mothers by choice and LGBTQIA+ family building, and coordinates care and discounted hotel stays for out-of-town patients.
