Shady Grove Fertility Colorado is the Denver-area practice of Shady Grove Fertility (SGF), the Rockville, Maryland–based fertility group founded in 1991 that anchors the US Fertility network. SGF expanded into Colorado around 2021, and Dr. Alex Polotsky, who has treated fertility patients in Colorado since 2010, serves as medical director for the region.

This main location sits at 8200 E. Belleview Avenue in Greenwood Village, in the Denver Tech Center corridor. It is home to SGF's Colorado IVF and embryology laboratory, and SGF also operates additional offices in Denver and Colorado Springs. Monitoring visits are available seven days a week.

The physician team includes Drs. Alex Polotsky, Elizabeth Clain, Ivy Lersten, Pat McShane and Cassandra Roeca.
