About

Rocky Mountain Fertility Center was a Denver-area fertility practice long led by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Deborah L. Smith. In December 2024 it was acquired by Onto Health, a fertility startup founded by Dr. Roohi Jeelani (formerly of Kindbody), and the clinic now operates as Onto Health (Onto Fertility of Colorado P.C.).

The Colorado clinic is at 12770 Lynnfield Drive in Englewood, south of Denver, and is the company's only physical site in the state. It is used for monitoring, procedures and laboratory work, while new-patient consultations and many follow-ups are handled virtually. An embryology and andrology team runs the on-site lab. Onto Health also has a clinic in Chicago.

Services include fertility assessment, IUI, IVF, frozen embryo transfer, embryo genetic screening (PGT), egg and embryo freezing for fertility preservation, male infertility evaluation, donor and third-party reproduction support, and family-building for LGBTQ+ patients. Onto also offers an introductory fertility evaluation program and integrative, wellness-oriented options alongside conventional treatment.
