Shady Grove Fertility Atlanta's Sandy Springs office is the main Georgia site of Shady Grove Fertility (SGF), a practice founded in Rockville, Maryland in 1991 and now a founding partner of US Fertility. SGF entered Georgia in July 2017 by merging with Georgia Reproductive Specialists, an Atlanta IVF practice founded in 2000 by Dr. Mark Perloe, and renamed it SGF Atlanta.

The office is at 1100 Lake Hearn Drive, Suite 400, in the Commons at Lake Hearn complex, close to the Perimeter Center area. It is a full-service location with its own IVF laboratory and surgery center on site. The care team includes several reproductive endocrinologists, among them a dedicated IVF director, along with nurse practitioners and a physician assistant.

Services include fertility testing, semen analysis, HSG, IUI and IVF. The office also offers donor egg, sperm and embryo programs, preimplantation genetic testing, IVF cycles with a gestational carrier, egg freezing, fertility preservation for people with cancer, and LGBTQIA+ family building, with financial counselors on site to explain coverage.
