Second Chance Surrogacy is a small Los Angeles surrogacy and egg donation agency founded in 2015 by Alice Liang. Before starting the agency she worked with international patients at a Beverly Hills IVF clinic, and she still serves as the main point of contact for client families. The team also includes a senior surrogacy advisor, Sharon LaMothe, who has been a gestational surrogate herself.

The agency describes itself as a boutique practice that deliberately limits its case volume. It matches intended parents with gestational surrogates and egg donors, including Asian and Chinese donors, and coordinates IVF clinics, reproductive attorneys, insurance, escrow and post-birth planning, with support continuing through pregnancy and the baby's trip home.

Much of its work is with international families. The website has a full Chinese-language section, consultations are available in English and Chinese, and Korean-language help is offered. Families can also contact the agency through WeChat.
