Same Love Surrogacy

Same Love Surrogacy is a full-service egg donation and surrogacy agency founded in 2014 by Brad Spencer, a Los Angeles native and former investment professional. Spencer and his husband had twin sons through surrogacy, using a family member as their egg donor, and he built the agency to serve LGBTQ+ individuals and couples who want to grow their families.

The agency is headquartered in Los Angeles. Its staff of roughly twenty includes former intended parents, surrogates and egg donors, with separate teams for intended parent services, egg donor services and surrogate intake and coordination, plus a medical records analyst.

Same Love recruits and screens gestational surrogates and egg donors, matches them with intended parents and guides families through each stage of the journey. Although its focus is on gay dads and the wider LGBTQ+ community, it also works with other intended parents. The agency reports births for families in more than 30 countries. Team members speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish, and a Spanish-speaking manager oversees cases for Spanish-speaking surrogates.
