Reproductive Health and Wellness Center

Everleap Fertility Laguna Hills is the current name of the Orange County clinic originally known as the Reproductive Health and Wellness Center (RHWC). In January 2025 IVI RMA North America acquired RHWC, together with two other Southern California practices, from Global Premier Fertility; the clinic then operated as RMA Laguna Hills and later as part of RMA Southern California | Orange County. It has since adopted the Everleap Fertility name, under which the former IVI RMA North America clinics are being unified, while keeping the same physicians and care team.

The office is at 23141 Moulton Parkway, Suite 204, in Laguna Hills, California. Dr. Marcus Rosencrantz, who led RHWC, and Dr. Sanaz Ghazal are listed as medical directors and physician partners, supported by a women's health nurse practitioner.

Services include infertility testing, ovulation induction, IUI, IVF with preimplantation genetic testing, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, IVF for gestational carrier (surrogacy) arrangements, and fertility preservation through egg, sperm or embryo freezing. Patients can also be referred for acupuncture, nutrition and emotional support.
