Banafsheh Kashani, MD, Inc. is the private fertility practice of Banafsheh (Bana) Kashani, MD, a reproductive endocrinologist board-certified in both OB/GYN and REI who grew up in Orange County. After practicing at Kaiser Permanente Orange County and Eden Centers for Advanced Fertility in Newport Beach, she opened her own practice in 2020. The practice now operates as South Coast Fertility Specialists, which Dr. Kashani co-founded with reproductive endocrinologists Fangyin Meng, MD, PhD, and Nidhee Sachdev, MD.

The clinic is located on Pacific Park Drive in Aliso Viejo and serves patients from Irvine, Newport Beach and other South Orange County communities. Services include fertility and ovarian reserve testing, ovulation induction, IUI with partner or donor sperm, IVF, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M and PGT-SR). The practice also offers egg and embryo freezing, fertility preservation, donor egg IVF, reciprocal IVF, and IVF for gestational surrogacy, along with LGBTQ+ family building and care for recurrent pregnancy loss, PCOS and endometriosis.

Dr. Kashani speaks English, Farsi and Spanish.
