Reproductive Endocrinology Associates of Charlotte, which now operates as Reach Fertility, is an independent physician-owned practice that has treated infertility patients in the Charlotte region since 1988. The practice also runs a clinical research division that conducts fertility drug and treatment trials.

The main clinic is at 1524 East Morehead Street. Patients can also be seen at a Lake Norman office on Landings Drive in Mooresville and a Ballantyne office in south Charlotte. The medical team includes reproductive endocrinologists Dr. Joseph Whelan III, Dr. Seth Katz and Dr. Deidre Downs, physician assistants, an embryology laboratory director, and in-house counselors.

Treatments include IUI, IVF, frozen embryo transfer, preimplantation genetic testing, male infertility care, and egg freezing and other fertility preservation. A dedicated third-party team coordinates egg donation, including the practice's own egg donor program, as well as donor sperm, donor embryos and gestational surrogacy. The practice also offers family-building programs for LGBTQIA+ patients and single parents.
