Everleap Fertility Clive is the current name of Mid-Iowa Fertility, a practice established in 1993 in Clive, a western suburb of Des Moines. In November 2025 the clinic partnered with IVI RMA North America, the North American arm of IVI RMA Global, and it now operates under that network's Everleap Fertility brand, which also brings together RMA, Boston IVF, Conceptions and other legacy practices.

The clinic is located at 1371 NW 121st Street in Clive and has its own on-site IVF laboratory and local hospital affiliations. At the time of the partnership it had about 22 full-time staff and three physicians, Drs. Donald Young, Brian Cooper and Trenton Place, with Dr. Cooper serving as medical director. It is one of only two IVF programs in Iowa and draws patients from central Iowa and neighboring states.

Services include fertility testing, IUI, IVF with genetic testing of embryos, egg freezing, fertility preservation, donor egg and donor sperm treatment, and reproductive surgery. The clinic treats heterosexual and same-sex couples, single parents and transgender patients, and offers referrals for counseling and nutrition support.
