Hope Surrogacy

Hope Surrogacy is a full-service gestational surrogacy agency founded in 2004 and based in Madison, Wisconsin. It is owned and run by co-founders Mary Murphey and Amy Kothe, a small team that works directly with each client. Besides its Madison headquarters, the agency keeps offices in Deephaven, Minnesota; Royal Oak, Michigan; and Park Ridge, Illinois, which serves surrogates and families in the Chicago area.

The agency recruits gestational surrogates mainly from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan and matches them with intended parents. It coordinates the whole journey, including psychological screening, matching meetings, medical clearance, legal contracts with independent attorneys, embryo transfer, pregnancy and postpartum support, and connects clients with local IVF clinics and insurance specialists.

Hope Surrogacy works with intended parents throughout the United States and abroad, and describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly. It is a member of SEEDS (Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy).
