Golden Surrogacy

Golden Surrogacy is a gestational surrogacy agency founded in 2013 in the Chicago suburbs by Frank and Adam Golden, a married couple who became parents through surrogacy. Their daughter was born in 2012 and their son in 2016, and their three journeys as intended parents shaped the agency's approach. It is based in Northbrook, Illinois.

Golden runs a national program for intended parents and surrogates, matching families with surrogates in more than two dozen states and coordinating multistate journeys while independent attorneys, IVF clinics, insurers and escrow providers handle their own parts of the process. Several staff members are former surrogates or intended parents themselves. Programs include the Golden Guarantee and a surrogate referral program, and the agency publishes state-by-state guidance on surrogacy law and surrogate eligibility.

As an LGBTQ+-founded agency, Golden has a dedicated LGBTQ+ surrogacy program and also serves single intended parents.
