The Genesis Group (legal name Genesis Egg Donor and Surrogacy Group, Inc.) is a third-party reproduction agency headquartered in Pasadena, California. It began operating in 2003 and was founded by Lisa Chiya, who serves as president and is also a co-founder of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). The agency follows ASRM guidelines in its matching and is licensed with the New York State Department of Health.

Genesis runs several programs under one roof: gestational surrogacy, egg donation (including a frozen egg bank and a directed search service for specific donor profiles) and sperm donation. Case managers coordinate communication among intended parents, surrogates, donors, clinics and attorneys, and many staff members are former surrogates, donors or parents themselves.

The agency serves LGBTQ+ couples and single parents. It has a dedicated international case manager who works mainly with intended parents from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand, and its website offers a Chinese-language version.
