Columbus Center for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (CCREI) is an independent fertility practice in Columbus, Georgia, led by reproductive endocrinologist Dr. Prakash J. Thiruppathi. The clinic describes itself as the only fertility center based in Southwest Georgia, serving couples and individuals from the Columbus area and the surrounding region.

The practice operates from its office on Whittlesey Road and offers care ranging from initial fertility testing for both partners to ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization. Its laboratory provides ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing, assisted hatching, embryo culture and grading, and freezing of both eggs and embryos, along with andrology and endocrine testing.

CCREI also runs an egg donor program, coordinates gestational surrogacy cycles, and performs reproductive surgery for conditions such as endometriosis, tubal disease and uterine fibroids, including tubal reversal.
