Adore Fertility

Adore Fertility is a small fertility practice in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, founded in 2021 by Jeris Cox, MD, who is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. In June 2026 the practice joined Pinnacle Fertility, a Tampa-based network of more than 40 clinics backed by Webster Equity Partners, and was announced as becoming Pinnacle Fertility South Carolina, the network's first location in the state.

The clinic is at 1280 Hospital Drive, Unit 300, in Mount Pleasant and serves patients across the Charleston and Lowcountry area. Dr. Cox is the practice's physician, working with an all-female clinical team, and first consultations can be held virtually.

Services include fertility evaluations, IUI, IVF and egg freezing, and Dr. Cox's background covers fertility preservation, reproductive surgery and fibroid care. Through Pinnacle, patients can also use the Pinnacle Egg Bank for donor eggs, Pinnacle Surrogacy for gestational carrier arrangements, and the network's LGBTQ+ family-building programs.
