William Schoolcraft

Dr. William Schoolcraft is a reproductive endocrinologist who founded CCRM Fertility and serves as its chief medical officer, practicing at CCRM Fertility of Lone Tree in the Denver area. He earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas and trained in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA, finishing residency in 1983, before completing a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at UCLA under IVF pioneer Dr. David Meldrum. He then established the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine. His published research covers blastocyst culture, chromosome screening of blastocysts, single-blastocyst transfer, stimulation protocols for poor responders and vitrification of eggs and embryos. His clinical work includes IVF, IUI, PCOS care and gestational surrogacy, and he has written two books for patients on infertility. He also holds the HCLD (high-complexity laboratory director) credential.
