Utah Fertility Center

Utah Fertility Center was founded in 2009 by reproductive endocrinologist Russell Foulk, MD, and is headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah. In January 2022, Ivy Fertility acquired the practice as part of its expansion into the Mountain West. The center now describes itself as "An Ivy Center," and Shawn E. Gurtcheff, MD, is its medical director.

The Pleasant Grove clinic is at 1446 W. Pleasant Grove Boulevard. It is one of four Utah offices with laboratory services; the others are in Ogden, Midvale and St. George. The group also runs Idaho Fertility Center in Idaho Falls. The physician team includes a fellowship-trained urologist.

Services include IVF, a lower-stimulation option it calls Gentle IVF, IUI, genetic testing of embryos and egg freezing, including fertility preservation for cancer patients. The center offers donor egg IVF through an in-house donor program and frozen egg bank, along with gestational surrogacy, LGBTQ+ family building, male infertility care and treatment for recurrent pregnancy loss. An international program provides video consultations, long-distance monitoring and travel help for patients from more than 35 countries.
