Addison Alley

About

Dr. Addison Alley is a reproductive endocrinologist at Utah Fertility Center. After an undergraduate degree in microbiology and work in DNA analysis for cancer risk, he earned his medical degree from George Washington University in 2017. He completed residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix in 2021 and then a reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship at the University of Utah in 2025, earning a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation there. He continues to do research on oncofertility, including ways to protect fertility during chemotherapy, and has advocated nationally for safer pregnancy care and wider access to fertility treatment. His interests include fertility preservation, LGBTQIA+ family building and patient education.
