Sperm Donation San Antonio

Sperm Donation San Antonio, which also calls itself Sperm Bank San Antonio, is a sperm donor recruitment website for men in the San Antonio area. It does not describe a local sperm bank with its own laboratory or donor inventory. Its "Find a Donor" link goes to MySpermDonor.com, a donor matching service run by Coast to Coast Sperm Donation, LLC, a San Diego agency. That agency says it has more than 25 years of experience in surrogacy and donor conception.

The site lists an appointment-only address on Northwest Loop 410 in San Antonio. It recruits donors aged 21 to 38 who meet height, education and health requirements. Applicants go through sperm analysis, genetic and infectious-disease testing, a background check and a psychological evaluation. Each donation is made for a specific intended family at a clinic the family chooses elsewhere in the U.S., and travel costs are covered.

Through MySpermDonor.com, every donor agrees to identity disclosure at 18. Identified and semi-identified arrangements are offered, and the service works with LGBTQ+ families and single parents.
