Sperm Bank Los Angeles

Sperm Bank Los Angeles is a sperm donor recruitment program whose office is at 3415 S Sepulveda Boulevard in West Los Angeles and is open by appointment only. It is one of three sister websites, along with Sperm Bank USA and Sperm Bank California, that share the same design and application forms. Intended parents searching for a donor are sent to MySpermDonor.com, a donor database run by Coast to Coast Sperm Donation, LLC in San Diego.

The program looks for healthy, non-smoking men aged 21 to 38. After an online application, candidates complete semen analysis, genetic and infectious disease testing, a background check and a psychological evaluation before being accepted. Each donor then donates for specific intended parents at a fertility clinic chosen by those parents, and the program pays for travel. Through the affiliated database, families can choose identified or semi-identified donation arrangements.
