Positive Steps Fertility

Positive Steps Fertility is an independent practice founded in 2017 by Dr. J. Preston Parry, a reproductive endocrinologist who previously spent six years as chief of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Parry developed the Parryscope, a patented office-based testing method that checks whether the fallopian tubes are open and evaluates ovarian reserve and the uterus in a single visit, as an alternative to a traditional HSG.

The practice is based at 149 Fountains Boulevard in Madison, north of Jackson, and has expanded to clinics in Gulfport, Shreveport and Slidell, along with satellite offices in Hattiesburg, Starkville and Monroe, serving patients across Mississippi and Louisiana.

Services include male and female fertility testing, IUI, IVF with ICSI, preimplantation genetic testing and embryo transfer. The practice also offers egg freezing and cancer-related fertility preservation, as well as minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Third-party options cover egg, sperm and embryo donation and gestational surrogacy, and the clinic runs its own egg donor recruitment and an LGBTQIA+ family-building program.
